What's Your Returns/Exchange Policy?

We understand shopping online sometimes requires an exchange to get the right fit.

EXCHANGE QUALIFICATIONS:

-Exchanges only. No refunds. Store credit will be issued if item is out of stock.

-You have 30 days from when you receive your tracking info from us to file an exchange claim and postmark your exchange with a tracking #.
Any claims after will be declined.

-All items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked and suitable for resale.

-We process all exchanges within 2 business days. Please do not contact us for updates unless 2 business days have passed. We are unable to answer if items have arrived back to us. Please check your tracking number for that information.

-Sale items and custom modified items are final. No exchanges will be accepted.

-Customers are responsible for paying postage to reship to us. We will then reship your exchange back to you at our expense.

-We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged. Store credit sales are also final. No exchanges accepted.

-If exchanging for an item that costs more, a check needs to be included for the difference, payable to THE GRIND ATHLETICS, or an automatic store credit will be issued. Cash is accepted also.

TO BEGIN REFUND PROCESS: Please email us at: Info@thegrindathletics.com. Please include: -Your name, order # and reason for exchanging product.

If qualifications to exchange are met, you will be emailed a Return Authorization #, Printable Exchange Form and our address to mail your exchange to.

Exchange form must be filled out and included inside your return bag with item or a store credit will be issued instead.

On the very rare occasion that a refund is granted at our discretion, any shipping overages on our end will be deducted from final refund.

All Customer Service requests will be answered 8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday Eastern Standard Time.

*ANY ITEMS THAT DON'T MEET THESE PARAMETERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

-If a product arrives to you with defect / damage or we incorrectly sent the wrong size, color or item, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you for return and replacement item will be reshipped at our expense. Please email us details and a quick picture of issue.

-Grind Athletics is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages. We apply PEACE OF MIND SHIPPING PROTECTION to all orders to cover this. If you decline service, you assume all risks.

If we replace a lost, stolen or misdelivered item, it is a one time courtesy and you assume all risks and losses for the replaced item.

Tracking info is sent on all orders via email for you to see when and where it was shipped. If the wrong address is provided by customer and item is returned to us, we will contact you. Any orders shipped to invalid customer supplied addresses are final and will not be replaced.

-If a package is marked as delivered to your address via USPS, we are unable to replace or refund. You will need to file a missing / stolen claim directly with USPS. Once we turn over a package to USPS, it becomes their full responsibility. Grind Athletics cannot be held liable for security and safety of your order sitting in a mailbox or porch. Package theft is on the rise. Plan accordingly.

What Is Peace Of Mind Shipping Protection?

PROTECT YOUR DELIVERY WITH PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE.

Protect your parcel with just a small fee based upon value of contents and you'll be covered if lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

*We offer a one-time replacement only. If an order was lost or stolen the first time, we highly suggest shipping to a new address as it is likely to occur again. We require customers to acknowledge and agree to these terms prior to replacing order.

WHAT WE DEEM AS LOST OR STOLEN:

  • Shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. We require that you allow FIVE business days for your parcel to be delivered.  Please report to us within 10 days if your item is marked delivered but NOT received. Sometimes the courier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a redelivery, it turns up in a secure location at your property or it may be at your neighbors.

  • You have 10 days to report to us of lost / stolen status for us to replace. After 10 days, the replacement period expires and is null and void.
  • STOLEN Orders Over $99 - must file and submit a copy of a Police Report if considered stolen if it has a delivered notice and be reported within 10 days of the delivery date. If a report is not submitted, a replacement will be ineligible. 

We reserve the right to class this as a ‘delay’ if there is a high volume of parcels in the network and we are aware of delays, otherwise we will offer a replacement.

 WHAT WE DEEM AS DAMAGED:

  • Items arrive damaged in transit - clothing is wet, stained, torn etc.
  • Some of your order is missing due to the box/packet opening in transit.

Please contact us at info@thegrindathletics.com immediately if your items have arrived damaged or if something is missing. Submit photographic evidence of tampered items.

WHAT WE DO NOT COVER:

  • Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you
  • Delays in transit 
  • Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped. This may be due to inventory issues or dispatch delays
  • Orders stuck in customs - we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with your chosen courier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees and these will be deducted from your refund
  • Items that are returned to us for a refund or exchange that are not in a resellable condition
  • If you requested items to be left outside your property and they go missing - this waives the right to any claim as per carrier terms and conditions

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM:

If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us on info@thegrindathletics.com from the email address you used to place your order. A member of our customer service team will assist you within 1-2 working days. What to include in your claim: 

  • Subject line: PEACE OF MIND CLAIM for order #12345
  • Description of your issue
  • Photo evidence of damage

We will continue to track your parcel and should it appear, we request it be sent back to us at our expense.

By selecting PEACE OF MIND shipping protection, you agree to these terms. 

We ask that you do not get in touch with use regarding a missing parcel until the allotted time has passed for it to be deemed as lost.

This is our in-house protection policy. PEACE OF MIND shipping protection is non refundable.

OUR POLICY FOR UNPROTECTED PARCELS:

We will follow the claims policy with your selected courier to either locate your parcel or deem it as lost. This may take 6-8 weeks and is at the discretion of the courier.

If your parcel has a GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, is with a neighbor or at a secure location, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.

What is your shipping policy?

 Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. We ship Monday through Friday and are closed on weekends.

Our USA Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $6.99. Free on orders $120+

Tracking info is sent to you immediately upon shipping as long as you include an email address with your order.

Every order includes a FREE Grind sticker because we are cool AF!

All orders are shipped USPS with tracking. 

We happily ship to all APO Boxes. Thank you for your service.🇺🇸

We ship to USA, Canada and many other International destinations. 

Please note, all sales outside the USA are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or store credit. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged International packages. Customer is responsible for any import tax on their end. By ordering, you accept all these terms and inherent risks.

All orders will be left on your doorstep / mailbox if you are not home to receive. Signature not required. Grind Athletics is not liable for any missing /stolen packages so please make arrangements if necessary.
